Ingredients:-
1 poached Egg:Cut into small dices
1 poached pear: Cut into small dices
Crumbled cheese : 2tbsp
Pine nuts: 1tsp
Finely Chopped Almonds:1tsp
Balsamic Vinegar: 1/3 cups
Honey: 1tsp
Mustard Powder: 1tsp
Black Salt: 1tsp
Iceberg lettuce: 500gm
Salt to taste

Method:-
Mix Balsamic vinegar with all seasonings and honey in bowl
Mix lettuce ,Egg , pear and nuts in a small serving bowl
Drizzle dressing over the salad and serve chilled
