In a ghastly incident, a man slit his 10-year-old daughter’s throat to death over a family feud in Gobardhanpur village under the Baripada Sadar police limits in Mayaurbhanj district this morning.
The deceased girl was identified as Phuljari Dehuri and ‘killer’ father Sania Dehuri. Sania slit Phuljari’s throat with a knife and sickle.
According to reports, police have arrested Sania and seized the knife and the sickle he used to commit the crime.
Police have started further investigations.
